TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions:
General minimum stay of 2 nights in low and high season; and 7 nights in peak season.

Reservations:
50% Deposit secures the booking with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Any reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, will require full payment to secure.

CANCELLATIONS

We will do our best to accomodate booking alterations, however it is not always possible.

Cancellation policy:

  • PEAK SEASON reservations
    A refund of 30% of the total booking value will apply, if the cancelation is made up until 40 days before check/in date.
  • HIGH SEASON reservations
    A refund of 50% of the total booking value will apply, if the cancelation is made up until 30 days before check/in date.
  • LOW SEASON reservations
    A refund of 50% of the total booking value will apply if a cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to visit.

No refunds on cancellation less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the visit.

Failure to settle the balance of the tariff, within the stipulated period, allows the Operator to replace the booking without refund.
Cancellations should be received in writing please.

HOUSE RULES:

  • Remove your shoes and any sand from your body and clothing before entering the house.
  • Strictly No bonfires, fires, or fireworks.
  • Only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
  • Do not pour oils down the drains.
  • Only registered guests are allowed.
  • Do not use the premises for any illegal activities
  • No smoking indoors.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No noise after 11:00 pm.
  • The breakage fee is 20.000,00 meticais.
  • Damages exceeding the breakage fee will be billed to the guest and reported
  • Neither pool towels nor bath towels may be taken to the beach.
  • No littering
  • Staff working hours are from 7am-5pm. 5pm-11pm has an additional cost of 250,00 meticais, per day, per worker, that should be paid to them directly.

Damages & Liability

Breakage fee

A breakage fee of 20.000 meticais will be charged to cover minor damages if needed. Damages exceeding this amount, will be charged to the client. The breakage fee will be fully reimbursed 48 hours after check-out and upon verification that no damage was done.
